North Star Hockey LLC is built around the philosophy that hockey should be taught and learned in a manner that best represents how the game is meant to be played...physically.  We strongly believe that to become the best hockey player possible requires learning and training with a physical element built into each and every aspect of the training we do with our athletes.  By doing so, the player is best prepared to compete and flourish in actual game conditions.
